    Procedures

    1. Mash, Fermentation and Finishing
    2. Single Step 70ºC (158ºF) 45 minutes

    Primary Fermentation: 7 days at 110ºC (52ºF)

    Secondary Fermentation:

    Fermentation Notes: Lagered 20 Days at 0ºC (32ºF)

    Original Gravity: 13.5ºP

    Final Gravity: 3.5º P at Crashing
